FOR BODY:Blend 3 drops in 10 mL carrier oil like coconut, olive or almond oil. Massage over abdominal area to relieve colic cramp. Put few drops of this oil in water and gargle with it to fight bad breath. Swirl in few drops of this oil in your bath water to refresh your mind and body.
